Job Summary

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing guidance in support of the HR/CS Manager at the point-of purchase regarding purchases, returns/exchanges, cash office auditing, new accounts and mailing list additions.
Job Duties

Primary duties include ringing sales and handling customer's objections regarding returns/exchanges or pricing discrepancies
Responsible for selling new account and e-mail benefits/features
Handle drawer/vault audits, on occasion handle scheduling and assist employees with timekeeping edits, etc
Performs additional tasks as required

High school diploma/equivalency required. Excellent verbal/written skills with a minimum of 1 year's retail experience and prior customer service experience..
